Cata Vassalo, a renowned Portuguese jewelry designer, presents "Utopia" as an annual gala and fashion show that transcends traditional events. Inspired by the Greek concept of "Utopia," meaning "no place," the event embodies the brand's vision of empowering women to become queens of their own crowns. Each edition of "Utopia" offers an immersive experience, blending the grandeur of a high-profile gala with the spectacle of a fashion runway, where guests and models alike are invited to express their unique identities through the brand's exquisite creations.

What We Did

For the 2024 edition of "Utopia," we developed a comprehensive visual identity that encapsulated the event's theme and the brand's ethos. This included designing the logo, invitations, banners, backdrops, and motion graphics for digital communications. We also created a 360-degree augmented reality animation, complete with sound and video elements, to enhance the immersive experience. In collaboration with Caetano Motors, we transformed Lexus cars into giant jewelry pieces, aligning with the luxurious essence of the event. Additionally, we designed the poster for cinemas and Amazon Prime Video to promote the documentary "Watch Me," which chronicles the journey of bringing "Utopia" to life. Our designs aimed to reflect the brand's commitment to uniqueness, attention to detail, and the celebration of individuality.
